1. Products and services

NUSANTARA.EXE provides digital comics, Season access, World and Character Archives, creator notes, and Founder identities. All products are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Accounts and N-ID

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, securing their accounts, and not sharing access. N-ID is a fictional access identity within NUSANTARA.EXE, not a government identity document.

3. Access packages

WARGA NODE provides free access to Episodes 01–03 and public materials. JARING-INTI is a one-time purchase for Season 01 access according to the release schedule. THE FOUNDING 2145 is a limited historical identity with a Founding Archive; Founder status and NODE access are separate. Future seasons may have separate access and pricing.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah and may change before a transaction is created. Payments are processed through iPaymu or another official channel stated at checkout. Access rights are activated only after payment confirmation is received and verified by the NUSANTARA.EXE server. Sandbox transactions are simulations and create no charge or production access rights.

5. Digital delivery

After successful payment verification, digital access is linked to the member account and can be viewed in the Member Portal. If access is not active, contact support with your name, account email, and transaction reference—without sending a PIN, OTP, password, or API key.

6. Intellectual property

Comics, artwork, characters, storyworld, trademarks, designs, and archive materials remain the intellectual property of their owner. A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access license, not permission to copy, re-upload, sell, or distribute the materials.

7. Prohibited activities

Sharing accounts, bypassing access controls, disrupting the system, automating content retrieval, or using materials commercially without written permission is prohibited. Violations may result in access suspension after review.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. Release schedules may be adjusted to meet production needs.

9. Refunds

Refund requests follow our Refund Policy. Consumer rights required by applicable regulations remain respected.
